高磁导率镍锌铁氧体磁芯
一种镍锌铁氧体低温高密度制造方法及采用该方法制成的高磁导率镍锌铁氧体。该方法采用的原料主成份是换算为47.5~49.5mol%的Fe↓[2]O↓[3],3.6~6.5mol%的CuO,30~35mol%的ZnO,其余是NiO,除主成份外还有换算为0.01~0.4wt%的Ti↓[2]O↓[5],0.01~0.5wt%的Bi↓[2]O↓[3],0.01~0.5wt%的V↓[2]O↓[5],0.01~0.5wt%的MoO↓[3],0.01~0.5wt%的Cr↓[2]O↓[3],0.01~0.5wt%的Nb↓[2]O↓[5]中的至少一种副成分,其成品经配料、混料、预烧、粉碎、造粒、成型、烧结工序而制得,副成份是在主成份预烧后掺入的。本发明方法只需配合比现有技术低约200℃的烧结温度,就可实现5.2g/cm↑[3]以上的高密度,提高磁导率,同时还能提高居里温度和饱和磁感应强度。
主权利要求:高磁导率镍锌铁氧体,其主成份是换算为47.5~49.5mol%的Fe↓[2]O↓[3],3.6~6.5mol%的CuO,30~35mol%的ZnO,其余是NiO,其特征在于:除主成份外还有换算为0.01~0.4wt%的Ti↓[2]O↓[5],0.01~0.5wt%的Bi↓[2]O↓[3],0.01~0.5wt%的V↓[2]O↓[5],0.01~0.5wt%的MoO↓[3],0.01~0.5wt%的Cr↓[2]O↓[3],0.01~0.5wt%的Nb↓[2]O↓[5]中的至少一种副成分。
